We are not a hiring service or an employment agency. We cannot provide referrals to data entry employers, evaluate your specific resume, or guarantee that completing our test will result in a job offer. Our role is to provide a fair, free measurement tool and educational content. Hiring decisions remain entirely with employers.

Is 10KeyPro affiliated with any hiring agency or employer?
No. 10KeyPro is an independent benchmarking and training platform. We are not affiliated with any staffing agency, employer, or job placement service. We do not share your test results with third parties unless you choose to share your certificate independently.
Can you verify a score for an employer?
Our certificates include a timestamp and score that you may present to an employer directly. We do not offer a live verification portal for employers at this time. If an employer requires third-party verification, they typically administer their own test during the hiring process.
How do I report a benchmark error?
Send the URL of the page in question, the specific number or claim you believe is incorrect, and your source to editor@10keypro.com. We review all correction requests within one business day and update within 48 hours if the correction is confirmed.
